A Data record is the menu catalogue a store actually uses. Products, categories, modifiers, prices, SKU and PLU all live inside one Data set. When you create a store, you pick which Data it loads. Every paired kiosk for that store downloads that catalogue.
In the Sephona Platform the sidebar label is Data.
Open Data
- Sign in at sephona.sodaclick.com.
- In the left sidebar, open Menu Management.
- Click Data.
You will see each catalogue with Data Name, Import Method, Date Modified, Region, and an Edit Setting action.
Create a catalogue
- On the Data page, click Add Data.
- Choose how the menu arrives (for example CSV upload or a POS import).
- Save. You can then add Categories, Products, Modifiers, and Modifier Options under Menu Management. Those items belong to this Data set.
Connect it to a store
- Go to Stores → Store Overview → Add New Store (or Store Settings on an existing store).
- In Data, select the catalogue this location should serve.
- Save the store. Kiosks paired to that store load this catalogue on start-up. You do not reboot screens after a menu save. They refresh in the background.
Keep it in sync
From the Data list, use Edit Setting to change a catalogue. You can also export or sync from a connected POS if that integration is on. Deleting Data removes the menu that any store still pointing at it expects, so check store assignments first.
