Sign in at sephona.sodaclick.com. What you see in the left sidebar depends on your role (Brand Admin, Brand Manager, Store Manager, or Staff).
Open the dashboard
- Go to sephona.sodaclick.com.
- Enter the email and password from your welcome email.
- Home opens on Dashboard Overview: Total Sales, Average Order Time, Average Basket Value, Total Customers, plus store and device filters.
Find your way around
Use the left sidebar. The labels match the product:
- Home — live sales and device health.
- Users — Users Overview (invite and manage team members).
- Apps — kiosk apps and templates this brand deploys.
- Billing — licences, invoices, upgrade or downgrade.
- Sephona Pay — payouts, transactions, refunds, pin pads.
- AI & Upselling — Alfred. Voice AI is a separate page (premium licence).
- Menu Management — Data (the menu catalogue), Categories, Sub Category, Products, Modifiers, Modifier Options.
- Media Library — images used on products and the kiosk.
- Stores — Store Overview and Store Report.
- Devices — Devices Overview and Device Report. This is where you pair kiosks.
How the pieces fit
A Data record is the menu catalogue. A store points at one Data set and a default app. A device (kiosk) is paired to a store, then downloads that catalogue.
