Guests do not type card details on the kiosk screen. They pay on the physical pin pad next to it. You connect that terminal on the device, not on the store.
Where to set it
- Sign in at sephona.sodaclick.com.
- Go to Devices → Devices Overview.
- On the kiosk row, open Actions and choose Edit Setting (this opens Device Configuration). Edit Device is the pairing form; pin pad details are on Edit Setting.
On the right, Integrations / connected cloud services shows the payment terminal for this kiosk. Status can be NOT CONNECTED until the terminal IDs match.
What you enter
Fields depend on the payment integration for this store:
- Windcave: Station ID (it must match your HIT setup). The device page warns if the pin pad is not connected.
- Linkly: enable Linkly in Integrations first, then on each device enter the Linkly Cloud username, password, and pairing code.
Other payment partners in Integration Center (for example Adyen, SumUp, Tyro, Magnati) follow the same pattern: connect the brand or store, then finish the terminal on the device.
Do not Save Changes until the IDs are correct. A wrong Station ID leaves the kiosk able to take an order and unable to take payment.
Check it on site
On the kiosk, walk an order to Pay. The screen should say to follow the instructions on the payment terminal. If the pin pad never wakes, come back to this device's Integrations panel and confirm the status is connected, not PINPAD NOT CONNECTED.
