What is a License?
A valid and active license is required to publish the content and project solutions you create on the Sodaclick COLA platform to any connected device. Your license ensures that your digital signage is delivered securely and meets your subscription terms.
Step-by-Step Guide to Adding and Activating a License
1. Log In to Your Account
• Access Your Dashboard:
Visit the Sodaclick Login Page and enter your credentials to sign in.
2. Navigate to the License Manager
• Locate Licenses:
On your dashboard, click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner and select “Licences”. This will open your License Manager where you can view and manage all active, pending, or expired licenses.
3. Add Your License(s)
• Click “Add Licences”:
Within the License Manager, select the “Add Licences” button.
• Enter License Key(s):
In the “Licence Keys” field, type in your valid 16-character license key.
Tip: For adding multiple license keys at once, separate each key with a comma.
• Tagging (Optional):
You can assign tags to your license(s) for better organization and tracking.
4. Accept the End User Agreement (EUA)
• Read & Agree:
Carefully read the End User Agreement.
Check the “I have read and agree” box to confirm your acceptance.
5. Validate and Activate
• Submit Your License(s):
Click the “Add Licences” button to validate and activate your license(s) on your account.
Once validated, the active licenses will display in your License Manager, ready to be used for publishing your digital signage content.
