From the Licence / Device manager, you are able to remove any assigned device or licence. Using either option will remove both associated licence and device.
Un-Assigning a Device
- Navigate to your 'Screen & Devices' from the drop down in your Sodaclick dashboard
- Select 'Screens/Devices'
- Select settings option next to the device you would like to remove
- Select 'Delete' option to remove the device
- Your Device has now been removed with associated licence now available to be allocated to another device
- Ensure that 'Auto Assign' option is checked if you would like a licence to be auto assigned to a screen. Check this option to on if you are using Sodaclick content on a CMS or directly through a device browser
Un-Assigning a Licence
- Navigate to your 'Licences' from the drop down in your Sodaclick dashboard
- Select 'Licences'
- Select settings option against the Licence you would like to remove
- Select 'Unassign' option to remove the Licence from the connected screen/device
- Your Licence has now been removed from the screen/device and made available to be allocated to another dcreen/device
- Ensure that 'Auto Assign' option is checked if you would like a licence to be auto assigned to a screen/device. Check this option to on if you are using Sodaclick content on a CMS or directly through a device browser
