Getting Started Using Raydiant

1. Setting Up Your Sodaclick Account

For First-Time Users:

1. Access the Sign-Up Portal: Navigate to the Sign-Up page on the Sodaclick website.
2. Complete the Registration Form:
   • Provide your personal and contact details.
   • Input your unique license key. This key validates your access to Sodaclick’s premium features.
3. End-User Agreement: Thoroughly read and agree to the terms and conditions to ensure you understand Sodaclick's user policies.
4. Finalize Registration: Once all details are filled in, click 'Create my account' to complete the registration.

Additional Licenses: Should your organization grow or if you wish to manage multiple displays, you can easily add more licenses. A comprehensive guide on this process can be found here.

For Returning Users:

1. Access the Sign-In Portal: Visit the Sign In page directly.
2. Provide Credentials: Use the email and password associated with your Sodaclick account.
3. Log In: Click the 'Sign In' button to access your dashboard.

2. Crafting Engaging Slides in Sodaclick

Building from Scratch:

1. Initiate Creation: On your user dashboard, click on the conspicuous 'NEW SLIDE' option.
2. Determine Dimensions: Choose either a pre-set dimension or customize based on where you'll display the slide.
3. Canvas Setup: Enter the editor by selecting 'EDIT SLIDE'. For a clean slate, opt for 'CLEAR ALL' in settings. This ensures no default content interferes with your design.
4. Slide Design: Use the editor's tools to set vibrant backgrounds, upload compelling images, and craft engaging text. Ensure your design is clear and resonates with your target audience.

Utilizing Sodaclick’s Templates:

1. Access Templates: From the dashboard, open the Sodaclick template gallery.
2. Orientation Selection: Depending on your display screen, choose either a 'LONG' or 'WIDE' template.
3. Pick and Personalize: Browse through various designs and select one that aligns with your message. Rename your slide for easy identification, then customize as needed.

Deep Dive Edits: For users who love diving into details, the 'EDIT SLIDE' option provides an extensive toolkit for comprehensive customization.

3. Bringing Your Slides to Raydiant

1. Preparation for Publishing: In Sodaclick, locate and click the button (represented by three horizontal lines).
2. Slide Publishing: Opt for 'publish slide', and in the subsequent menu, select 'Raydiant'. This will generate a unique URL for your slide.
3. Raydiant Integration:
   • Open Raydiant's interface.
   • Launch the Sodaclick app within Raydiant.
   • Input the copied URL from Sodaclick to synchronize your slide with Raydiant.

1 - Register a Sodaclick account using a valid license.

1. Go to the Sign-Up menu here.

2. Fill in the required details.

3. Add the licence key.

4. Accept the end-user agreement.

5. Click Create my account.

OR

Sign into Sodaclick using an active account.

1. Go to the Sign In menu here.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Click the Sign In button.

2 - Create A Slide

Once signed in to your profile page, you'll find all your recent / future saved slides and the 'NEW SLIDE' option in the top left corner.

• Click the 'NEW SLIDE' on your profile page
• Set a specific size, or choose your standard landscape / portrait orientation (16:9 / 9:16)
• Click 'EDIT SLIDE' to access the full content editor
• Click on the settings icon in the app, and select 'CLEAR ALL' to clear the canvas
• Set your background colour or drop an image in from your asset library, and then set your text etc. from the editor tools.

Edit A Slide From The Sodaclick Template Gallery

Once signed in to your profile page, you'll find all your recent / future saved slides and the Sodaclick template gallery.

• Start by selecting the  button on your profile page
• Select from 'LONG' (9:16) or 'WIDE' (16:9) orientation templates
• Select the desired template from one of the digital signage verticals
• Name your slide and select 'OK'
• Edit basic elements of the template through the quick editor
• or Select 'EDIT SLIDE' to access the full content editor

 

3 - Post The Project Into Raydiant

• Go to Sodaclick and click the button with the 3 lines
• Then click on publish slide.

• Click on 'Raydiant' and copy the URL

• In Raydiant open the Sodaclick App

• Paste the URL into your Raydiant.
